This intention will not be considered fully fulfilled until The Passenger does effectively execute it purchasing travel insurance through our services. If The Passengers opts to check “I do not wish to purchase travel insurance” or if The Passenger does not check a box, The Agency will assume that The Passenger is not interested in travel insurance and The Passenger will not be able to make The Agency responsible for any expenses or losses or lack of compensations The Passenger might have as a consequence of any of the risks mentioned in this paragraph that may arise to The Passenger during the duration of the trip or any of the services arranged by The Agency. The Agency is not authorized to vary or amend the insurance policy's terms.
